Refund Policy

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

We value your trust and strive to offer high-quality therapy services in a supportive and professional environment. However, we understand that life can be unpredictable and that clients may sometimes need to cancel or reschedule their therapy appointments. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are granted and the procedures for requesting a cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

Clients are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. Appointments canceled more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or a no-cost rescheduling of the session. We believe that this notice period allows our therapists to effectively manage their schedules and provide availability for other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered late cancellations and are not eligible for a refund. Similarly, if a client does not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice (no-show), the full session fee will be charged. This policy is in place to compensate our therapists for their time and to maintain fairness in scheduling.

Refunds for Packages and Prepaid Sessions

For clients who purchase therapy packages or prepaid plans, refunds for unused sessions may be issued upon written request. The refund amount will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, deducting the cost of sessions already used at the regular per-session rate. An administrative processing fee may also apply to these refunds.

Exceptions and Special Cases

Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered. Therapy is a professional service, and the value of each session is based on the time, expertise, and preparation of the therapist, regardless of the outcome or perceived effectiveness of the session.

Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund outside of this policy, please reach out to us with a detailed explanation. We will evaluate your request compassionately and fairly, although we do not guarantee approval.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email hello@youralchemyjourney.com with your full name, appointment date, and reason for cancellation. We aim to process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days of receiving the request. All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the missed or canceled session.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. By continuing to use our services, you agree to the terms outlined in the latest version of the policy.
